Tending the Wild, Healing the Self

I am a tender of the land, forever a student of the plants, and a qualified Naturopath & Medical Herbalist (2019, NCNZ) & Cacao Facilitator (2021, Seleno Health).

Honestly, I never set out to become a practitioner. My path to the plants began in the thick of my own health battles. Like many of you, I have navigated the overwhelming noise of PCOS, gut imbalances, and unexplained health issues that lead me back and forth to the doctors. I turned to natural healing as a way to find my own ground, thinking this journey was just for me—a quiet way to heal my own body.

But once I felt that shift, I couldn't turn back. What started as self-preservation blossomed into a calling, which this Naturopathic & Herbalism space was cultivated.

My work is born from a deep reverence for the soil. I believe the most potent medicine is the kind that carries the energy of the land it grew on. That’s why you’ll often find me in the garden—hands in the dirt, growing the very herbs that end up in your bottle.

I practice a unique fusion of Scientific Vitalism and Traditional Folk Herbalism. I respect the data, the research, and the clinical evidence, but I also honor the magic, the mystery, and the old ways of healing. I don't just dispense supplements; I also craft small-batch, home-grown medicines that carry the essence of the seasons.

As a mother, I am deeply driven to preserve these traditions for the next generation. I strive to teach my children—and my community—that health is not something you buy, but something you grow.
